About the Roles

Responsibilities
An Editors’ responsibilities at ATA Press will include:
- Rigorous Peer Review: Overseeing a robust peer review process to ensure high-quality content is published within agreed timeframes.
- Effective Collaboration: Collaborating with independent peer reviewers and confidently utilizing online peer review management systems.
- Ethical Standards: Upholding ethical and publication standards, and ensuring adherence to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
- Leadership: Actively leading the Editorial Board, arranging and conducting board meetings.
- Special Issues: Creating or supervising special issues related to your research field.
- Networking: Growing your academic networks through conference attendance and networking.
- Open Access Commitment: Demonstrating a commitment to open access and open research publishing.
- Continuous Development: Enthusiastically contributing to the ongoing development of the journal.
