How do I submit my article?
- For Journals: Find the appropriate journal at journals.atapress.org, register and click ‘New Submission’ in your profile. Need assistance? Create a support ticket or email us at support@atapress.org and we’ll be happy to guide you.
- For Conferences & Proceedings: A dedicated conference publication page will be provided for each academic conference where you can easily submit and track your submission. Additionally, send your abstracts and full manuscripts to editorial@atapress.org. For any questions, create a support ticket, and our team will assist you.
How can I transfer a journal to ATA Press?
We welcome proposals from established journals and research organizations seeking to start a new journal. Please submit your proposal online now or contact us to explore possibilities.
What is an Article Processing Charge (APC)?
To ensure open access to all content, ATA Press covers publication costs, including peer review and production, through APCs. We aim to make publication financially accessible, often waiving or reducing charges where appropriate. Read more.

How do I submit a book proposal?

What is a Book Processing Charge (BPC)?
BPCs cover the costs of publishing books at ATA Press, ensuring wide dissemination. We aim to accommodate authors’ institutions or funders, often waiving or reducing BPCs.
How are APCs and BPCs administered?
Once your article or book has been accepted, the corresponding author is typically invoiced by the ATA Press Accounts team, ensuring transparent and efficient processing.
